Refunds and Cancellations Made Easy
Overview
Pawmax strives to be fair in permitting Product order cancellations and returns under limited circumstances.
Our Return & Cancellation Policy (“RCP”) contains mandatory terms and conditions regarding your acceptance of Products and the terms & conditions under which you can opt for cancellations, refunds and returns in connection with your order for Products. You are requested to check the details of the product, before placing an order, to check if the product is eligible for return or not. Refund and Cancellation Details
Pawmax clearly states certain relevant information regarding refunds which are as follows:
Gift Cards are not refundable
We require a receipt or proof of purchase (digital or physical) to initiate your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You may cancel any order before the dispatch of the item has taken place. Or else you may call us at (+91) 9903758801 or email us at [email protected] to initiate cancellation.
In the event you place a return request for any product purchased by you, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product returned by you, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount to your original payment method.
In the event of cancellation of an order, any amount paid by you with respect to such transaction shall be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged with all original tags in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: We’ll take care of getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order.
Items returned that are used or not in their original condition will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Timeline for Refunds
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately but no later than 10 (ten) days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if your item is lost in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges of products in the following categories will not be accepted (unless received damaged or spoilt):
- Food and treats
- Bedding, Mats & Travel Supplies
- Cat litter
- Health and wellness products
- Grooming & grooming supplies
- Bowls & Feeders
- Toys
- Unopened units in a combo product (eg: If a product comprises 12 packets and out of it, 11 packets are unopened, then a return or refund or exchange request for such 11 packets will not be accepted)
